Blog Category: No Category Blog Tags: No Tags Well my site has been undergoing some difficulties because of a messed up blogging tool thingy... so I'll just put some here when I get the urge. Well, I got this off Cool-Teens (being an active member there, mostly in the Beauty & Fashion forum ) and yeah.. I'm new to it... hope it doesn't really look too bad yet :PHmmm, I'm a little out of touch with blogging since I stopped a while ago. So I'll pose a question - do you think you've changed since school started? How? Was it to conform to certain groups, or was it an inner growth? I think I've most definitely changed. In a way, it might have been to conform to certain groups, but not really - I'm a very goody-two-shoes type person, and a lot of my friends... aren't. I don't smoke, drink, etc., and they do. They've never tried to pressure me but I have felt out of place in some situations. So, this year (first year of high school) I've changed by throwing myself in more activities, like yearbook and badminton, and really getting involved in my church. The reason I say it's partially to conform is because a lot of friends of mine (who I'm growing closer too) are also involved in these activities, so we get to hang out a lot more. Also, some of my friends that I've had for longer, have been dabbling in more drugs than I would like them to, and I'm trying to distance myself from that kind of behavious because that's not what I want to become. I don't think it's a bad change. I believe it affects me more in a positive way than a negative way. What do you guys think? Also, have you been working your butt of so far for school? Or have you been slacking and plan to pull up your socks later on? I for one have been working SO hard and not getting great marks (well, they're fine, but they've gone down since last year) except in English. I wish I knew what was up, I normally do really well :S Well I guess that's all I'll bore you with for now.
